After the 1-7-2 start, the Anaheim Ducks went on a roll winning four games in a row. The Ducks from last year looked like they returned. Anaheim then played three games at Honda Center and dropped all of them.

Today it was announced by the Anaheim Ducks that Nick Ritchie and Michael Sgarbossa were called up. Max Friberg and Korbinian Holzer were sent back to San Diego. Chris Wagner was placed on waivers and has until Sunday morning to clear them in hopes of returning to San Diego. You can read more about it here: Roster Moves: Ritchie and Sgarbossa Called Up

I was able to make it to practice and saw Ritchie skate with the team. Below is a video of him doing a breakaway drill. Also Nate Thompson was on the ice and looked almost ready to play. Simon Despres got in an individual session today as he is still dealing with effects of his concussion.

Eddy and I look at the Ducks last three games discussing why the team isn’t playing as well. We discuss what the moves of Ritchie and Sgarbossa may bring to the Ducks. We cover everything from possible lineups to injury news and preview this coming week’s games. We answer several fan questions throughout the show.
