In April the Anaheim Ducks clinched their fourth Pacific Division Title and then faced the Nashville Predators in the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. During that time, Ryan Getzlaf sold his five-bedroom house in Tustin Ranch Estates for $3.75 million. The amount was below the $4.9 million that it was originally listed at in July and just a bit less than the $3.76 million he purchased it for in 2010.

With the season over, this past week Getzlaf listed his four-bedroom Corona del Mar house on the market for $7.19 million. Getzlaf bought the house in Cameo Shores in March 2015 for $6.1 million. If he can sell the house for close to the listing price, then he can make back up any potential earnings he lost in the sale of his Tustin house.

So what’s next for Getzlaf?

It appears that he could be moving to the private community of Coto de Caza or a surrounding area. He frequents the area and Teemu Selanne resides there. The Getzlaf family is expecting their fourth child and Coto de Caza is a quality location to raise a family.

There is no information at this time to indicate that Getzlaf is going to be traded.
