Anaheim Outlook

The Anaheim Ducks close out their road trip in Buffalo today which has been a roller coaster ride. The Ducks were blanked 5-0 against the Canadiens and then responded with a solid 5-1 win against Ottawa. Anaheim was then embarrassed in Toronto 9-2.

Trevor Zegras remains on the IR. He  is expected be out 6-8 weeks with a broken ankle. He had surgery and has been spotted walking around on crutches.

Tristan Luneau (knee inflection) may not play again this season according to Renaud Lavoie.

Buffalo Outlook 

The Sabres are coming off a 3-2 win over the Minnesota Wild in overtime. Buffalo looked like they were going to lose down a goal in the final moments of the third period, but Dylan Cozens scored with 37 seconds left to go to force OT. Henri Jokiharju then scored the game winner to lift the Sabres to the 3-2 win.

Buffalo has gone 5-5-0 in their last 10 games. They are currently in sixth place in the Atlantic Division.
