The Anaheim Ducks came out of the extended holiday break dropping their first three games to Vancouver, Vegas, and Colorado. The Ducks then won two out of their three last games. They are still battling at the top of the Pacific Division.

It’s been a roller coaster recently in Anaheim with several players testing positive for COVID, which has led Head Coach Dallas Eakins to have to shuffle the lineup every night. As a result, Anaheim also had to call up several players, who made their NHL debuts.

Recently every game day has been adventure as players go out on the COVID protocol and others return from it. The Ducks even had Trevor Zegras practicing in net as goalie temporarily as John Gibson had to come off the ice after he got word he tested positive. Anaheim was supposed to play Detroit that day, but it was postponed due to so many positive tests.

The Ducks have also been the subject of trade rumors again. They have been linked possibly to making trades with Arizona and Vegas (1:00:00). It’s been anything but boring when it comes to being an Anaheim Ducks fan these days and we break down the crazy ride recently.
