Anaheim Outlook

The Anaheim Ducks are coming off a 6-3 loss to the Calgary Flames last night. They got off to a rough start and found themselves down 4-0 after two periods. They tried to rally in the third period as they scored three times early in the period, but the Flames responded with two more goals to earn the victory. The game was Jakob Silfverberg‘s last at Honda Center as he will retire from the NHL next week.

Anaheim has gone 2-6-2 in their last 10 games. They are currently in seventh place in the Pacific Division.

Los Angeles Outlook 

In their last game, the Kings beat the Flames 4-1 as they jumped out to a 3-0 after two periods and never looked back. LA has clinched a playoff spot, but what position they will be in is still up for grabs. They could finish as high as third in the Pacific Division or end up being a wild card team. They hold a one point advantage over Vegas with each having three games left in the season.
